Tenant Identification and Moving in

Post tenant moving in – rental management    
• Collecting the Rental Cheque from your tenant (Cheque will be in owner's name) • Photocopy/Scan the Cheque for future reference • Deposit the Cheque in your bank • Photocopy/Scan the Deposit Slip • Reminder about Property Tax • Pay the Property Tax after collecting the Cheque/DD from you. (The Cheque/DD will be in favour of the department concerned.) • Photo copy Scan the Receipt • Mail you the Photo Copies/E Mail you scanned copies • One point contact for owner and tenant After we deposit the cheque in your bank, you need to check clearance status with your bank. In case of dishonor of the cheque, further course of action should be informed to us. Based on your instructions we would contact the tenant for collection of rent and will report back to you.
