Grocery & Vegetable Delivery Services
Needs@Home will send an executive 2 days a week to take orders for Groceries and Vegetables • There is no minimum purchase for orders placed on Order taking days • Even if you are not present when our executive comes to take orders, you can still place orders by either calling us, or sending an email(orders@needsathome.com) or placing your order form some place where our executive can collect • In case you are not present at the time of delivery, please make alternate arrangements for delivery at the same premises. • Orders taken twice a week will be delivered the next day between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM • Orders will always be taken the same two days of a week between 10 AM and 7:00 PM • Changes to Order taking days will be made with a prior notice of one week • You can always call the customer care to confirm the status of your orders • All orders will only be delivered to the address mentioned in the registration form • All orders placed will be subjected to delivery charges if the order is less than Rs.250/- • All payments should be made at the time of delivery • needs@Home does not assure instant deliveries • If you have any issues with your purchase you can call the customer care and we will respond to your queries • Currently we do not make delivery at specific times • You can get in touch with the Support Staff all days between 9:00am to 7:00pm • needs@Home has a “No Questions Asked Return Policy”. But the grocery items have to be checked at the time of delivery and if any discrepancy is found you can get a replacement for that particular item • No variation of these conditions is valid unless authorized in person by an authorized signatory only • All concerned taxes will be applicable • Subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
 
Travel Desk Services
Needs@Home will purchase Air Tickets and Railway tickets for you • The tickets will be delivered to your home or emailed to you • Orders for Tickets can be placed via phone at (040) 4027-4455 or by sending an email to orders@needsathome.com • needs@Home will always purchase e-Tickets unless specifically requested to buy at counters • There will be a service charge of Rs.25/Passenger for Railway Tickets and a service charge of Rs.100/Passenger for Air Tickets. An additional charge of Rs.50/- will be charged for counter tickets • All payments should be made at the time of delivery • For ticket cancellation there will be a service charge of Rs.25/Passenger for Railway Tickets and Rs.100/Passenger for Air Tickets • Cancellation charges for Railways tickets is determined by the Indian Railways – “Rules for cancellation” and is based on the time of cancellation and the status of the Ticket • Cancellation charges for Airline tickets is determined by the Air lines provider and will be notified to you at the time of cancellation • All cancellations should be intimated at least 12 hours prior to departure time for Railway tickets and 24 hours prior to departure for Airline tickets • No variation of these conditions is valid unless authorized in person by an authorized signatory only • All concerned taxes will be applicable • Subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
 
Paymate Services
Needs@Home will collect the following bills once a week and pay them for you Free of charge • Electricity Bill • Water Bills • Tata Indicom Bills • Airtel Recharge Card • Airtel Postpaid Bills • Idea Recharge Card • Idea Postpaid Bills • Vodafone Recharge Cards • Vodafone Postpaid Bills • Trade License Renewal • Property Tax • LIC Premiums • Vijaya Diary Milk Cards • ICICI Prudential Life Insurance • Virgin Mobile Bills • All other bills not included in the above list will have a service charge of Rs.10/- • All bills will be collected at the time of order taking only • All payments for the bills is to be paid at the time of collection of bills • Needs@Home will only collect the bills that have the billing address given in the membership form. For other address there will be a service charge of Rs.10/- per bill • Bills that are past due date will not be accepted • We accept checks for bill payments. Checks should be made in favor of Basani Retail & Services Pvt. Ltd. • Checks are only accepted if the due date on the bills is more than 2 days from the check date • We do not accept post dated checks • If the total amount of all the bills put together is more than Rs.2000 it is recommended to pay by check • Payment of cash should not be made without taking cash receipt from the executive. needs@Home is not responsible for payments without cash receipt • The receipt for the payments from the departments will be delivered to you the next time when the executive comes for order taking • No variation of these conditions is valid unless authorized in person by an authorized signatory only • All concerned taxes will be applicable • Subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
 
Medi Kaka Services
Needs@Home will collect a photo copy of your regular monthly prescriptions or any changes to your prescriptions • needs@Home will keep track of your refill, call 3 days in advance and will deliver your medicines to your door step with your permission • needs@Home will only deliver medicines to the address specified in the registration form • needs@Home will only bring medicines from reputed stores. However we do not guarantee the store of your preference • All payments are to be paid at the time of delivery • needs@Home does not assure instant deliveries • In case you are not present at the time of delivery, please make alternate arrangements at the same premises • No variation of these conditions is valid unless authorized in person by an authorized signatory only • All concerned taxes will be applicable • Subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction
